FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a wedding planner for many many years. In my time it came to the point where I only referred Expert. It was the only company that was consistently bringing my clients back to me the next morning with rave review.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We provide so many different services so if I were to blanket all of the services we have- and share a secret with a client that I wouldn't otherwise do- it would be this. Not everyone can DJ. Not all Photobooths are the same. Not all Videographers and Wedding Officiates produce the same results. Behind each company, behind each venue or wedding cake or element of a party, there are significant differences. It's well worth your time to investigate the difference. For example, a DJ - not only has to be able to fill a dance floor, but have the ability to relate to all people, be technical enough to problem solve, have a profound sense of multiple genres of music, have a personality that isn't over the top, have a sense of style and wit, be able to professionally work with clients about their requests- all clients, any kind of clients, they need to have a great attitude in any weather condition or technical situation, they need to have a great voice on a microphone and be able to communicate... so see many people may be a DJ but to be a good one - is well worth the research to ensure a party is a success.
