Introduction: As a personal trainer with 4 years of experience, who is also in physical therapy school now, I have a great passion for how the body is supposed to move! I focus on correcting muscle imbalances in order to get you towards your fitness goals in more efficient manner. However, I am always flexible with how to get you to your goal.
