Tim and his crew did a great job, I had a leak where my lanai connected to my house roof, he came out inspected the problem and provided a quote. After accepting his offer he quickly scheduleed job and made the repairs. He provided a quality repair by replacing the flashing, repairing the roof shingles and sealing the flashing all in one afternoon

Tim responded quickly to my request and offered to come to the site despite the bad weather. With both photos and line of sight he diagnosed the problems occurring on my roof. He then went to his vehicle and generated an estimate that would not only resolve my issues but provide service to protect other problems future ones proactively. His price point was fair and better than other estimates. He accomplished all work immediately after the weather cleared. Tim was professional, personable, and highly competent. I highly recommend him!

I was having water leaking into my garage. I was reaching out to several roofers through advertisements and through Thumbtack every roofer that has come tried to sell me a new roof and Tim was able to repair the area and told me I could get several more years out of the roof that’s existing on my helm instead of trying to sell me a new roof. Tim didn’t try to sell me in a roof instead he offered a roof service and wished to go over all the penetrations on my roof and seal all of any exposed nails.

Great experience as a first time TT user! Tim arrived on time, communicated clearly, quickly made the repairs to my soffit and left everything clean when he finished the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing soffit repairs.

(4) BlakeCo roofing service technician shows up and makes the necessary repairs to your roof. (5) Customer makes final payment at the time of completion (5) Happy, leak-free customer
