I specialize in cosmetic home refreshes — kitchen and bathroom makeovers, interior painting, cabinet & countertop replacement, tile work & tub surrounds, flooring, interior doors, lighting upgrades, and more. All work is strictly cosmetic (like-for-like updates), so most jobs require no permits.
