- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price jobs by how much time it takes. I am very efficient and virtually every customer has more tasks than initially posted for me to do as I finish the initial task so quickly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I approach every job with each customer willing to learn as well as teach! In 2015 and 2016 I have done a few jobs: 1. Installed many overhead fans and TV's. 2. Installed door hardware for many doors. 3. Painted several rooms. 4. Installed one kitchen cabinet and one bathroom sink cabinet. 5. Installed three toilets and four toilet seats. 6. Hung over 100 pieces of art. 7. Plumbed a water heater for a pool. 8. Laid concrete tile. 9. Repaired a broken window. 10. Removed a door, repaired other doors. 11. Repaired the cabinet door in a bathroom. 12. Replaced 10 electrical outlets and 6 switches. 13. Painted a sink cabinet top. 14. Installed an underground electrical cable to a dock light. 15. Pressure washed a ramp. 16. Repaired water faucets. 17. Ran 220 electric line and hooked up a dryer. 18. Installed many light fixtures. 19. Repaired bathroom shower enclosure. 20. Repaired wood floor. 21. Assembled Ikea furniture (four dressers, two coffee tables, two king size beds, etc.) 22. Repaired louvered closet doors. 23. Many other misc chores! 50 years of experience and a college degree in civil engineering.
