- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base rates are clear and upfront. There is a two-hour minimum for general handyman work, and additional fees may apply for travel over 30 miles or for specific project complexities. Discounts are available for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone estimate based on your project description and photos. If needed, we schedule an on-site assessment. Once the project scope is confirmed, we provide a detailed quote and schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience and training in general handyman services, including electrical and plumbing basics, through both formal education and practical application.
