I hired F&L Residential Renovations to do drywall repairs throughout my house, and the work was excellent. It was a fairly big job, and my walls have a textured finish, which can be very difficult to match properly. However, he did an outstanding job getting the drywall smooth and making the texture blend perfectly with the rest of the wall. You honestly cannot tell where the repairs were done.
He went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly and took the time to get all the details just right. His attention to detail was impressive, and he double-checked his work to ensure the final result was perfect. It’s clear that he takes pride in the quality of his work and truly cares about doing the job right.

The job F&L did was a small project but they gave it all the care and attention as if it were a bigger job! They were easy to work with and completed the project on time and beautifully done. We would recommend them to anyone who needs quality work at a fair price.

When it says to select up to three for what did I like about working with them… I wish I could’ve selected all! They were absolutely amazing with getting our thresholds installed and completed. They were courteous, kind, professional, and above all else they were just wonderful to work with.

I first met Fleming and Leni when they were replacing nearly 150 thresholds at individual units here in our complex. As I watched them work, I realized how professional they were and the quality of their work also making sure they cleaned up after each unit was completed. It was at that point that I asked them if they knew of anyone that did housekeeping that had their same qualities. What a blessing to find out that they actually do housekeeping services. My husband and I hired them to do our condo and we were very well pleased. They are flexible in doing whatever Cleaning you’re looking to get done …. whether it is deep cleaning or a monthly routine home maintenance. My husband and I had no concern about having them in our home while we were gone for several hours. They did an excellent job and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them.

I had to have a tub replaced with another and F&L did an excellent job for a great price. They were very responsive, timely and guided me through the project with a lot of advice while keeping my budget in check. I hired them to do my parents condo also. Great team to work with!
