I had F&L Residential Renovations out to my house on several occasions to do some work, such as painting and installing a new front door, along with a new bathroom vanity. I will honestly say that his work is top-notch. He is extremely detail-oriented & he took his time. Once the job was complete, he cleaned up after himself as if he were never here. I was very pleased with the work that I had done. He would certainly be my first call the next time I have any future work done. I was so impressed, I referred him to my daughter & son-in law to have work done at their house as well.

When it says to select up to three for what did I like about working with them… I wish I could’ve selected all! They were absolutely amazing with getting our thresholds installed and completed. They were courteous, kind, professional, and above all else they were just wonderful to work with.

I hired F&L Residential Renovations to do drywall repairs throughout my house, and the work was excellent. It was a fairly big job, and my walls have a textured finish, which can be very difficult to match properly. However, he did an outstanding job getting the drywall smooth and making the texture blend perfectly with the rest of the wall. You honestly cannot tell where the repairs were done.
He went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly and took the time to get all the details just right. His attention to detail was impressive, and he double-checked his work to ensure the final result was perfect. It’s clear that he takes pride in the quality of his work and truly cares about doing the job right.
If you want a job done well with great craftsmanship and professionalism, this is definitely the company to go to. I would highly recommend F&L Residential Renovations.

I first met Fleming and Leni when they were replacing nearly 150 thresholds at individual units here in our complex. As I watched them work, I realized how professional they were and the quality of their work also making sure they cleaned up after each unit was completed. It was at that point that I asked them if they knew of anyone that did housekeeping that had their same qualities. What a blessing to find out that they actually do housekeeping services. My husband and I hired them to do our condo and we were very well pleased. They are flexible in doing whatever Cleaning you’re looking to get done …. whether it is deep cleaning or a monthly routine home maintenance. My husband and I had no concern about having them in our home while we were gone for several hours. They did an excellent job and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them.
