About I do complete home inspections of all homes, and commercial buildings. Being a veteran I know what the VA, FHA, inspectors are looking for. I also provide Thermal Imaging, 4 Point, Wind Mitigation, Pool and Roofing inspections. I also offer 90 day warranties on all inspections. I am a Veteran Owned small business not a franchise. I have been in the building industry over 25 year and doing inspections over 22 Years, Licensed and insured. I use an infrared camera for attic duct work and water areas. I also check for mold and offer mold and water testing. I take pictures of every room, roof, attic and crawl space. I give cost estimates of repairs when appropriate. I provide exact and timely reports. I work for you. Being born here in Florida, I grew up knowing the climate and issues that come with living in a tropical zone.
