FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent, no hidden fees or surprises. We charge based on the size of the home and the type of service, whether it’s a standard clean, deep clean, or move-in/move-out. All supplies and equipment are included in our rates, and we offer flat-rate packages as well as hourly options depending on your needs. For recurring clients, we provide discounted pricing to make ongoing service more affordable. If your home needs something extra, like inside the fridge, oven, or windows, we’ll always let you know the cost upfront before adding it on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by learning about your home and cleaning needs so we can recommend the right type of service whether it’s a standard clean, deep clean, or move-out. Once we confirm the details, we schedule your cleaning at a time that works best for you and send a friendly reminder before your appointment. On the day of service, our cleaners arrive on time, fully equipped with all supplies, and follow a detailed checklist to make sure nothing is missed. After the cleaning, we encourage a quick walkthrough to ensure you’re completely satisfied, and we’re always available for feedback or to set up recurring service if you’d like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry where I trained and managed staff in fast-paced environments that demanded both attention to detail and the highest standards of cleanliness. On top of that, I have 8+ years of direct customer service experience, which taught me the value of clear communication, reliability, and treating every client with respect. Combined with hands-on cleaning experience, this background has shaped the way I run CleanMax - with a huge focus on transparency, ethics, and making sure every customer feels confident and cared for from start to finish.
