FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $25 per hour for all services, including cleaning, organization, nannying/babysitting, and meal prep. Rates may vary slightly depending on travel distance, supplies needed, or specialized requests, but I’ll always provide a clear estimate before any job begins. Discounts are available for recurring services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I start by having a quick chat (message or call) to get a feel for what you're looking for, whether it’s cleaning, organizing, childcare, or meal prep. From there, I’ll give you a clear estimate and plan for the visit. On the first appointment, I take time to walk through your space or routine with you, answer questions, and make sure everything matches your expectations. My goal is to build trust, provide reliable support, and make your home feel calm, clean, and cared for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring years of hands-on experience in caregiving, management, leadership, and event coordination. I’m CPR/First Aid/AED certified and an instructor through the American Red Cross, and I’ve spent several years supporting adults with developmental disabilities and providing childcare. Cooking, cleaning, and organization are also big passions of mine. I even taught cooking classes in my previous role to help clients build life skills and confidence. All of that experience translates directly into reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented home support.
