Scheduled a time and no showed me after trying to get an ETA! I have an extremely busy schedule and wanted to be sure we were on the same page and it took for me to reach out at 7pm to realize he isn’t coming! Have a family function today and now I have to rush to find someone else to cut! Stated if he missed the booking day he can come the next day but he has yet to even respond! He wanted me to pay in advance for a “discounted” price which I told him I was hesitant especially because we haven’t met yet! I’m glad I didn’t because he no showed and still has yet to respond! Be mindful of paying for services up front!

I’m sure in this day and age with technology at our fingertips, it’s hard to fathom the thought of not getting responses to messages sent in an “appropriate time frame” (which is subjective to everyone). Yes, I told you if I could make it Friday that I would. Due to no error of my own, I unfortunately could not. The last message received from you was at 9:30pm Friday night. Then you left a review directly after. When I opened the app Saturday morning to check messages as sometimes, even I take an evening off, I read the review and decided it was in my best interest if I no longer responded to you. You did NOT pay for my services. And yes, I did offer a “discounted” rate for you by my monthly calculations. If we would have came to an agreement for a cut per month rate, this particular cut would have been discounted vs a one time cut. I’m sorry it didn’t work out in either one of our favors, but to insinuate that I took payment from you and did not show for the job is a blatant lie. I do hope you found someone to adhere to all of your rules for making a lawn care appointment
