Integrity 1st helped us with our move to the Clearwater FL area. When the truck was unpacked they offered their services to help my wife and I unpack and organize the new apartment. I took them up on the offer and set up a time for 9am two days from our move in. Promptly at 9 two workers were there at our place ready to help us go threw our stuff and organize the chaos of moving cross country. The ladies that helped us saved us at least a week's worth of breaking down cardboard boxes and helped put a huge dent in unpacking. When we start looking for a home to buy in the future, I look forward in using this company's services again.

When I hire these guys I have my doubts because I had bad experiences in the past with moving but when the guy showed up and uniform with a smile on their faces and greeted me I was a little more at ease as they proceeded to handle my items with care I can tell at that time that they where professionals all of them got it along so great smiling and joking with each other all day you can tell they were like family if I ever move again I would love to have these guys come back and do my move thanks Manny I will be recommending you to a few people I know

Hi, My wife and I recently hired Integrity 1st Moving for our localmove. Manny and his team where very helpful and laid out a plan that went flawlessly from start to finish. I am very detailed oriented and I must say they took great care of my families belongings.

Integrity 1st Moving was by far my greatest move ever! And I've moved alot! Guys and girls were very Professional, Very attentive to our concerns, and AWESOME attitudes! They will be my 1st and only call if we move again. It would only let me give them 5 Stars but it was by far a 10 star service! Awesome job guys and gals. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two options that is determined with estimate
Flate rate, which is in very simple words everything included to move in one price with no surprises.
And we also have a basic hourly rate which is usually done with offices but up to the salesman to decide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new Customers get an option of online survey or in home survey where we collect your data and information for paperwork and future moves.
From there our moving coordinator will take you through all steps needed to ensure your move was done the way you wanted and paid for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my own 20 years of moving I’ve had every moving positions possible from multiple moving companies I’ve worked for before creating my own small business. Dispatch,salesman,coordinator, manager, crew leader, and laborer. All these roles made me confident in opening my own business and now 4 years later here we are with my own small moving business
