- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I'll have new clients fill out the intake forms. I also use that time to talk to them about what their goal of the session is; pain relief, relaxation, stress relief ..etc. I also use that time to watch how they sit, whats their posture like when they walk. After they are done filing out the paperwork, we'll discuss where I will be working, discuss draping policy. After that I will excuse myself from the room until client is ready and on the table. Once I start the session, That is when your session begins. The intake does not count against your 60,75,90 or two hour massage. With me you get every minute you pay for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every 2 years we are by law required to complete 12 hours of online CEU's and 12 hours of live CEU's prior to renewing our license. I am always reading and taking online courses to better my services that I provide to all my clients. The sky's the limit when learning about the human body and It's functions.
