From the very beginning, Josh was quick to respond, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. He made the entire process so much easier and less stressful than I expected, especially considering how last minute everything was.
Josh and his team showed up ready to work and provided excellent, quality service from start to finish. They handled everything with care, worked efficiently, and treated me and my belongings with respect. That type of customer service truly makes a difference!
It’s not often that you come across a moving company that is dependable, professional AND genuinely kind. I’m extremely grateful that I found Direct Movers when I did.
If you’re looking for movers you can actually trust to show up, communicate, work hard, and get the job done right, call Josh and his team at Direct Movers! I would recommend them without hesitation to my family, friends, or anyone needing dependable moving services. They absolutely earned my trust and my future business.
I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. Direct Movers will be my first call for any future move — hands down! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 👏🏾❤️

He was not the cheapest or the most expensive
He was there on time and he really helped me out getting the oversized recliner moved
I would use his service again

Mistakes happen, but character is shown in how people respond afterward. I’m grateful we were able to work through everything, and I appreciate his commitment to making things right. Wishing him and his team nothing but continued success.
