Introduction: My name is Jean Gonzalez and I’m a chef and lead artist for copabanana.shop. Along my career as a culinary artist, I have mastered multiple techniques. As a chef I’ve worked with many renowned chefs as Wolfgang Puck, Paul Gerard (NYC) and David Benstock from IL Ritorno here in St. Petersburg, Florida. Now I’ve gathered all my musings and expertise to express life experiences through each one of my creations. My inspiration comes from memories of my motherland, Puerto Rico. It’s bright, loud and very passionate. I thrive to enliven the senses by sharing my story.

Jean was very polite and professional. Quickly asked if we had any allergies, or dislikes. We were celebrating my mother’s birthday and Jean made everything an exceptional experience, will definitely request him in the future.
