- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial consultation is $100. We will provide an organization plan that includes what we will do, how long it will take and total costs. We charge $95 per hour per organizer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a one hour consultation. During this time we discuss the client's frustrations and pain points as well as their goals and ideals for their home. Based on this discussion, we develop a comprehensive scope of work outlining the vision for the project, the timeline and the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Organizer, member of the National Association of Professional Organizers with more than 2500 hours of in-home experience. I have been Marie Kondo Certified and am THE exclusive provider of organization for The Container Store. I am also on the Board of the Interior Design Society, Tampa Chapter. Prior to opening my business I had 20 years of sports marketing experience and I have lived and worked in Tampa Bay for two decades.
