Most of my knowledge comes from my extensive research and my close following of my mentor and teacher, Paul Chek, from The Chek Institute. I was raised on a farm where physical activity was a daily demand. Thanks to my upbringing, I am capable of seeing the human body in a much different way than most trainers. Being able to see how our bodies perform in nature gave me a broader view of how to create and apply exercise programs that will allow the body to move in a manner as natural as possible. To me, it is very important to maintain the body's natural patterns of movement because it helps the body avoid injuries more effectively.
As a consequence of my own struggle with nutrition, paired with my client's nutritional needs, I decided to look further into the world of nutrition in order to better understand eating, which is the most important activity in our life.
Diet and nutrition is and has become one of the most important subjects
today in our society. You are what you eat, nothing is truer. I have dedicated a great amount of time to the understanding of human nutrition, our relationships with food and the reason why we are having so many nutritionally related problems today. Understanding nutrition and applying what I have learned has made a world of difference to me and to my clients as well.
I enjoy teaching my clients to use and maintain their bodies to their full potential in a safe and fun way.
To have one of my clients tell me how their life have improve because the work we have done together is a great reward.
It makes me happy to enhance the life of others, sometimes in ways I could never imagine.
