I am a Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience training people of all ages and fitness backgrounds. Seniors, women, men, children, athletes, post-injury and those looking to lose weight. I do travel to clients for in-home training depending on location (St.Pete and Tampa) and scheduling. I also do remote / virtual training and programming. My process: Together we evaluate your overall lifestyle, put in place achievable goals and then work to make progressive changes to reach those goals and maintain healthy habits. I create enjoyable personalized training sessions that are designed for you to make progress. I primarily work with my clients on strength and resistance training(body weight, bands, machines, barbells, dumbbells etc.) with a high emphasis on mobility(movement through the joints) and conditioning for overall fitness. My goal is to help you live with less aches and pains and more energy! As someone who has dealt with mental illness and the way that effects your health and relationship to exercise, I empathize with clients concerns and challenges about exercise and mental issues. I am accommodating to make each time we meet comfortable and helpful to keep you on track to reach your goals. I am here to be your support, partner and friend.

I decided to start working with a personal trainer for many reasons. 1.) I don’t know what kind of equipment I needed to use 2.) I had no idea what kind of workouts to do on my own and 3.) I would tell myself “I can do this” and not stay on track with working out and eventually give up. When I finally decided enough was enough, I found Luke on thumbtack. He replied quickly and before I could tell myself no, I met with him at the gym. We went over my goals, what kind of diet I needed, and what to expect out the workouts I’d be doing. Ive been training with Luke now for two months and I’m already able to do more then I could when I first started with Luke. I feel stronger, healthier and overall more motivated to continue pushing myself to limits I didn’t know I could get to. It’s nice to receive encouragement from outside sources but its even nicer to have someone holding you accountable for your workouts and diets, encouraging you to show up and tell you: “you’ve got this!” “Keep going!” “Don’t give up!”. Luke is honest, hardworking and is overall a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Luke to be your personal trainer!

I’ve been training with Luke for a couple weeks now and I feel amazing . Down 10lbs and counting ... He has helped me become stronger, leaner, and very confident with my exercise routine . Great personality, positive attitude, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in modifying certain workouts that I cannot do. I’m very thankful to have met Luke and look forward to working out with him .
