I am happy and more confident with myself since starting PT with Romana. She is not only a very good trainer but also a delightful person. Definitely pushes me to work harder but always taking care of my limitations. No time wasted on every session. We work hard until the last second. Romana is THE BEST personal trainer! First started working with the Ro-meister several years ago in person in New York and have continued training virtually since moving to Florida. Romana is exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness, nutrition and wellness. Each workout is new, unique, challenging and rigorous. She has a keen sense of how hard she can push you to the max, and then pushes you an extra 50% until you can hardly breathe! She explains all the exercises clearly and keeps you on track even if you really want to just tap out from sheer exhaustion. Jokes aside, Romana is truly a fantastic trainer all around, if you’re not training with Ro you’re missing out, so if you’re ready for a transformation to your best self, sign up!

Ro is an awesome trainer! Been working with her for almost 4 years now—-I see her in person a few times a month when I’m in town and then we do weekly virtual sessions when I’m away on work trips. Shes super flexible with scheduling and can accommodate to time zone changes as well as adjust the workouts based on whatever equipment I have available at the hotel or airbnb at the time.
The workouts are great and keep me on track with my health goals and on top of that she is super knowledgeable in all things mindset, discipline, and habit building. She even has her own podcast that goes hand in hand with the things we discuss in our sessions.
I really respect that she is a coach who doesn’t just teach concepts but actually lives what she preaches and coaches from a place of compassion and relatability.
With that being said, if you are looking for handholding—go with someone else. She’s empathetic, but also expects you to put in the work and will call you out if you are falling short!
