Elizabeth walked our dogs during our 3 week stay near St. Pete Beach. She was WONDERFUL and very professional. From our initial meeting to the daily texts/pictures with updates, she was top notch. Elizabeth took care of my cat Patches for 10 days while I was traveling out of the US. Patches has IBS, which requires daily medication and special feeding care. I really appreciated Elizabeth's professional manner and kind attitude toward Patches. She sent me daily updates and some photos that made me feel a lot better about having to be away. Elizabeth also collected my mail and watered a few plants for me while I was gone. On my return everything was in great shape - Patches, too. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love the meet and greet visit with my new client. In this business, it's rare that I see them afterwards so I believe the meet and greet is very important. It allows them to get a better idea of the person I am and also show them just how much I adore their furry families!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am NAPPS certified and have continuing education classes periodically for the Red Cross.
