- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the area, the type of surface, and how much buildup is present. Because every property is different, I’m happy to provide a quick, accurate quote based on photos or a short walkthrough. I offer discounted bundle pricing when you combine services like house washing, driveways, sidewalks, or patios—it’s the most cost-effective option for most homeowners. There are no hidden fees. In some cases, additional charges may apply for heavy staining (like rust, oil, or deep algae) or areas that require extra time and care, but I always communicate that upfront. I do have a minimum service charge to ensure quality work and proper setup. My goal is to provide fair, transparent pricing and make sure you’re getting great results without any surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and designed to make things easy for you. Once you reach out, I’ll ask a few quick questions and request photos of the areas you’d like cleaned and or schedule a consultation ( Whichever works for you ) so I can provide an accurate quote. If everything looks good, we’ll schedule a time that works for you. I’ll send a confirmation and any quick prep instructions (if needed) ahead of your appointment. On the day of service, I arrive on time, walk the property with you if available, and make sure we’re aligned on the scope of work. Then I complete the cleaning efficiently and with care for your home and landscaping. After the job, I’ll do a final walkthrough (or send photos if you’re not home) to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. My goal is to make the entire process smooth, transparent, and hassle-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on, real-world work and a strong attention to detail. As a homeowner myself, I take a lot of pride in maintaining my property and understand the level of care people expect when trusting someone with their home. I’ve personally painted every room in my home, as well as my outdoor porch walls and entire pool deck. I’ve also pressure washed my entire pool deck, which gave me direct experience working with different surfaces and understanding how to clean them thoroughly without causing damage. In addition, I’ve refurbished a number of furniture pieces with outstanding results. That experience has strengthened my eye for detail, surface preparation, and finishing—skills that directly translate to high-quality exterior cleaning work. I’ve also spent time learning best practices for both pressure washing and soft washing to ensure every job is done safely and effectively. Living in Florida, I’m very familiar with treating mold, mildew, and algae buildup properly. I approach every project with the same level of care and attention to detail as I do my own home.
