We have 15% military, police or EMT with valid ID
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review/create/ send an estimate via email within 30min of arriving to your house. We generally want a minimum service for a maximum impact. Understanding the impact can start with a phone call or an in-person visit. We take our work seriously so we will want to validate the state of the tile/grout in person before giving an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in business full time real estate related since 2018. Grout Medic is a franchise with a local owner. We have access to the operating procedures, prior experiences and lessons learned for over 45 franchise owners across the nation.
