Thoroughly impressed by The Grout Medic. We recently purchased a home and while the tile is newer, it just wasn't as clean and fresh as we hoped. The grout was stained and the tiles were dingy. They came and cleaned everything, repaired the caulk on the joints and color sealed all of the grout. The surround now looks BRAND NEW! Money well spent!

Shannon did a beautiful job on my tile floor in the kitchen and dining area She is a conscientious worker and kept me advised of any problems she came across She cleans up after herself and left me with a floor looking brand new

David Evans was the technician who did the work and if there was a 5+++ rating he would get it! He was very careful to remove the broken tile without breaking or damaging any of the good tiles that were cemented on the other sides. This was very time consuming and he did a fabulous job. He was outstanding and then he laid the new tile very efficiently. The floor now is complete and it looks outstanding! I was so stressed about this job since I only had a few of the original tiles left so it was vital that the other tiles didn't get damaged. Now that it is over, I am the happiest person on earth! Thank you David so much for your professional outstanding work!!! Thank you also to Shannon who sent David immediately after meeting her. This is a great company and your Staff is outstanding! Thanks to Brandon and Chris and every one that works there that helped me with this project! 5++++ highly recommend Grout Medic of St. Petersburg!
