Wedding Coordination

I Planned my whole wedding but was freaking out and needed much help to relieve some stress. I hired Tatyana who turned out to be the best decision made towards our wedding and she was absolutely amazing! She was very prompt in responding to my concerns or questions and she helped me to plan the perfect day. We are so thrilled that she was with us every step of the way because she made sure that our wedding was fantastic and went on without a hitch. I highly recommend her!

We had her coordinate and decorate our friends bachelorette party. The decorations were very classy and beautiful. She set a theme that centered around black gold with a little silver and of course the bride and white. She helped pick out matching shirts for us to buy as a group so that we look coordinated when we left the house. She decorated the house for the party started with beautiful decorations it was the most elegant Bachelorette looking party I've ever been to. She even created little props for our pictures! She also coordinated the cake which was delicious and match the theme well. There's also a few appetizers that she helped with and I decided to soak some gummy bears in champagne for us, how fun is that! Overall I'd say working with her was easy and I was very pleased with the end results, she did a great job and I would use her services again!

Tatyana of Vibrant Hues helped plan a few aspects of my baby shower. Most of what I asked her to do involved decorations. She made wonderful centerpieces by hand made from Mason jars, flowers, gold painted baby bottles, and tissue paper. She also created these cute onesie cutouts that the guests wrote their "advice for the parents to be" on, and handmade tissue fans. They all turned out beautifully. My shower was a huge hit!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is done based on how far in advance I am booked, the number of guests that are to be in attendance, and based on the type of event that is needing to be planned.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I love to talk with clients a little beforehand so that I can get an idea of what they desire for their events. I take what they tell me and come up with a clear and concise idea. This involves scouring the internet to make sure that my ideas are fresh and vibrant. I will come up with a few sketches of design details such as centerpieces, wall decorations, etc.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    The formal education I have obtained relating to my work as an event planner is a certification in Event Planning and Styling. I have also taken event planning classes at the University of Florida. During my time at UF, I honed my event planning skills under an exceptional event planner. With her guidance, I have learned how to properly manage the large budgets that can come with special occasions. Fostering relationships with vendors was also highlighted to me during my time working with her. If I have good standing with local businesses, then my clients benefit with good deals and amicable communications.
