I had never used hypnosis before and like many had some misgivings as to results and what might be accomplished. After consulting with Tammy she helped me with my test anxeity that I had experienced on my return to college. She was also able to help me in the area of weight loss as I no longer want to eat everything in sight, my four cats always wondered if they might be on the menu!! Just a little levity!!! Any way at 62 I have found St. Pete Hypnosis to be extremely helpful and would recommend their service to anyone. Just remember to keep an open mind to the benefits that you can receive!! Michael R. I never had hypnosis before but went to Cindy for stress and while at work, where I experience the most stress, I felt the difference after that first session. Next week I did a regression for my anxiety and PPD and then weight loss hypnosis. I lost 8 lbs. the first week and 30 lbs. so far. I've had hypnosis with Cindy for shyness, motivation to exercise, clean my house (it worked impressively well too).. just any change I need to be happier.     Hypnosis is a wellness technique that works by promoting positive behavioral or cognitive changes. During successful hypnosis, the client should be eased into a state of deep relaxation in which the conscious mind takes a back seat and the subconscious mind becomes more active.
