Sam is the epitome of why you hire professionals to do address issues you are not comfortable to tackle. Sam arrived exactly on time, took the time to analyze the repair and then identify multiple approaches to resolve the issue. Instead of pushing the most complicated and expensive approach, Sam suggested a practical and straightforward approach that addressed the task in less than 15 mins. His rates were incredibly fair and attention to detail was the same I would provide if I were doing work in my area of expertise. In addition, I came to learn that Sam serves our country in his spare time. He is the real deal! I am honored to have met him and support this active duty service member and will definitely seek out his services in the future.
