What I have experienced since Krysten’s Create your life retreat in Mexico, has been nothing but sweet magic! I was looking for a safe place and tribe my soul could connect and heal with. The synchronicities and all the signs led me straight to Krysten. She was so radiant and filled with light when telling me about this retreat, in Mexico, she was hosting. She too had been asking for guidance from the universe, allowing the ebb and flow to take her where she’s meant to be and that’s when I knew. I just had to go! Of course, being that this human experience can get sticky, I didn’t immediately take that leap of faith. Instead I applied for the scholarship that was being offered and said if I get this, I know it’s because I should be there and will do anything in my power to get there. I did not initially win the golden ticket lol I accepted with grace and gratitude and told myself another opportunity will come up. Some time passed, I was still waiting for the universe to bring me what my soul craved so fiercely, and Krysten called me to tell me I won the scholarship! The other girl before me backed out and I was just shocked and smiling at the universe for how it all had to unfold. I’m so happy I waited and trusted and sat in gratitude because an angel answered my call. This retreat fed my soul! Krysten provided us with an authentic Mexican chef, Anita (that’s my girl!), that made us 3 plant based meals everyday. Filled with love and intention that us souls deserve. In a beautiful villa looking off the cliffs of Acapulco. We flowed with her during yoga and were silent with her during meditation. She gave us grace and forgiveness when we couldn’t fully show up for ourselves and others. She made me feel safe, welcomed, so loved and so seen. We journaled our feelings and expressed our truest emotions with one another. It was absolutely beautiful and soul changing. Krystens retreat gave my soul a reason to continue this human experience (that I sometimes feel so alone in). By the end we weren’t just a group of people, we were a tribe. A soul tribe. Forever connections of reflections divinely meant for me. I am so grateful. It has been a few months since the retreat and I am still in contact with my soul family. Already picking out a second destination we can shine our light on! Krysten, I know I’ve told you this already but I just want everyone who experiences you to know that it is a true honor and blessing to be in your presence. What you bring to the world and myself has been inspirational! I admire you so much!! Thank you for bringing me back home to myself. Krysten has truly gifted the world with her beautifully crafted yoga flows. The queues, the breathing techniques, the focus on not just the body but the brain as well, are just a few of the unique skills she uses to guide you. Krysten is a woman walking in her purpose. She is absolutely incredible at leading you, supporting you in fully dropping into your body & releasing what’s needed. Regardless of the flow style, she handles it gracefully and leaves you feeling in a state of total bliss. After my first class, I’m reluctant to taking any classes not instructed by her! 1000/10 recommend

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate for a 1 on 1 private session is $85/hr - travel fees may apply. Private session for 2 people is $110/hr. Group private sessions of 3 people or more begin at $150/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with a new client always begins with asking what your wants, needs and intentions are with your practice so that I can offer you the most empowering and fitting practice for your specific goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 300 hours RYT certified and have been teaching yoga for 5+ years.
