I’ve been searching for a yoga instructor that I feel good with for a long time (years) and I’m so happy I found Nicolas. He meets me at my level (somewhat beginner) and I feel incredible after each session. He always creates a meditative and calming environment which is different from the more aerobic/work out styled yoga classes I’ve tried. I highly recommended Nicolas if you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable in traditional yoga (he is certified in different styles/types of yoga).
