We booked Khalil for our May 2025 wedding and he far exceeded our expectations!! Unfortunately it rained the day of our wedding but Khalil kept the energy high! Khalil played the sax as I walked down the aisle and it was absolutely beautiful! Definitely elevated the moment! During cocktail hour he played along to some old school R&B love songs and the guest are still raving about how interactive and fun he was. We had a very diverse guest list and they all loved the music. Besides marrying my best friend, the one thing I was looking forward to most was dancing the night away with my loved ones and Khalil did not disappoint! He got everyone out on the dance floor with some classic line dances and kept the vibes going all night with some R&B, reggae, and hip hop classics. He even came out on the dance floor playing the sax and interacting with all the guest! Not your typical DJ!! We all had so much fun! Still getting calls about how good Khalil was and how much fun everyone had. Everyone also loved the photo booth!! Pictures came out beautiful and it was nice not having to deal with another vendor. No need to look anywhere else! Just book him! Guarantee he will exceed any expectations you have!!

We recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and had the absolute pleasure of hiring Khalil as our saxophonist and DJ — and WOW, did he deliver! From start to finish, Khalil was nothing short of incredible. Not only is he a supremely talented musician, but he's also an engaging performer who truly knows how to read and elevate a crowd. Our guests are still talking about his energy, charm, and talent — especially my aunties, who affectionately nicknamed him "Mr. Saxy"! He gave everyone personal attention, made all our guests feel welcome, and created the perfect vibe for both the sweet, romantic moments and the dance floor fun. We had a beautifully diverse crowd (to the Black, to the white, the red and the brown, the purple and yellow — IYKYK), which meant a wide range of musical tastes — from jazzy vibes and classic R&B to Hip-Hop, Dance, Latin, and Reggaeton — and Khalil absolutely nailed it!! He took our playlist, added his own creative flair, and curated a musical experience that had everyone, from young adults to elders, out of their seats and on the floor. It felt seamless, intentional, and electric all night long. Leading up to the event, Khalil was incredibly responsive — always available via text or phone to answer questions and confirm details. He arrived early, came fully prepared with sound, lights, and even a photo booth, and brought a level of polish and professionalism that elevated the entire evening. We recently booked DJ Khalil for our daughter’s West African themed Sweet 16 birthday celebration. We met a couple of rimes on online prior to the celebration because he wanted to ensure that he was prepared to provide us with the best experience possible for our vision for the party. He was very responsive to our questions and made us feel at ease.
On the day of the event, Khalil arrived early to set up and was completely organized. During the celebration, he played a variety of genres including Afrobeats, Line dancing, Hip Hop, Dance, Pop, etc. What stood out during the celebration was Khalil’s engagement with the crowd and his saxophone playing was a highlight among the guests.
Thanks to Khalil, my daughter’s Sweet 16 was a hit. Guests are still raving about how much fun they had, and my daughter felt like a star. Khalil was hired for my 70th Birthday Party for DJ & playing the saxophone. It was a very awesome & unique experience. My guests & I were blown away by Khalil's DJ & saxophone playing skills. Khalil was prompt, efficient & professional. Khalil made my 70th Birthday Party a very memorable experience. With the variety of music: Latin, Reggaton, Carribbean, Motown, 70's, 80's, Disco, R&B & Smooth Jazz which represent the diverse friends who attended my party. Khalil 's saxophone playing performance was the highlight of my party since all my guests said it was the first time that they have attended a party with a saxophone player. My neighbor posted on her FB page the next day that my "House saxophone Birthday Party was the best party she had ever attended"
