Jeremy responded to my request for an experienced handyman. I called him to schedule a day and time to meet. I described to him the work we needed completed and that we had several other projects in the near future and he expressed interest in doing the work.
After waiting for him for 3 hours after our scheduled meeting, I texted him to ask when he would be meeting me and he NEVER texted back or even took the courtesy to call and tell me that he would not be able to meet with me.
I called him twice and never received a call back. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Jeremy is unprofessional and has no respect for others' time.
There are many other companies to contact that are professional enough to meet a customer on a scheduled appointment. I give this company a -1 and is a waste of time. The only reason I gave a 1 star rating, is because there is no option for a lower rating.

Terry, I spoke with you on several occasions about the work and meeting up with you. We were set to meet in the afternoon and I contacted you letting you know I was behind on a job and you said that was fine. We changed the time to the morning and you had to run out to get material and contacted me about it. We had several conversations back and forth about meeting up and it just didn't happen due to both of our schedules. I apologize that we didn't get the chance to meet up. As far as my company or myself not being professional, that is absolutely untrue. If you look at all my reviews on here they clearly explain how fair priced I am, how professional I am and how timely I came and performed the task needed. So please do not sit here and bad mouth me when we have never met or did any work for you. Again I apologize that we didn't meet but that is no reason to act like this.

Jeremy was very polite and professional. He replaced 3 old smoke alarms in less than 30 minutes. We would definitely use his services as a handyman again.
