Our pricing depends on the type of flooring, the size of the space, and the condition of the existing floor. We always provide a clear estimate before starting any work so there are no surprises. We offer competitive pricing for flooring installation, repairs, and replacements, and we’re happy to work with customers to find options that fit their budget. For larger projects or multiple rooms, we can often provide better pricing. There are no hidden fees — we review all costs upfront, including materials, labor, and any preparation needed such as removing existing flooring or leveling the subfloor. Our goal is to provide high-quality work at fair and transparent prices. We also offer free estimates and are happy to review photos or visit the site to give the most accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and focused on making the project smooth for our customers. First, we speak with the customer to understand the type of flooring they want and the size of the project. We then schedule a time to visit the property or review photos and measurements. After evaluating the space, we provide a clear estimate and discuss material options such as luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, tile, or hardwood depending on the customer’s needs and budget. Once the project is approved, we schedule the installation at a convenient time. Our experienced installation team completes the work efficiently while keeping the space clean and minimizing disruption. At the end of the job, we review everything with the customer to ensure they are completely satisfied with the final result.
