John J. says, "I had a fiberglass “pop-in” tub/shower which had cracked and was leaking. Nick MacKenzie (owner) came over to assess the job, measure and give an estimate. I had another identical tub/shower and I wanted to replace both with a walk in shower. He gave me estimates for replacing the fiberglass for one or both and also remodeling in tile for one or both. There wasn’t much price difference and I knew tile was the higher quality option so I replaced both with a tile walk in shower. Communication was excellent. The entire project took a week. Thankfully I have a third full bathroom to use during this. I’m sure he would have done one at a time if necessary. He and his tile crew were respectful of my home (and pet cat) and cleaned up every day before they left. I’m very glad I found this company! Nick is the third generation owner of a family plumbing company from MA who has been in the Orlando area only a few years and has more requests than they can accept. If you want high quality work done by nice, trust worthy professionals then MacKenzie Plumbing is the one to call!"See more
