- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality of work really shows in this industry. Or company isn't the cheapest but we are fair to all of our customers. We stay in the industry price for all of our projects. A lot of landscaping companies don't even have a business license or general liability insurance. we have everything so we and our customers are covered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting the lead. Reaching out to the customer to set a day and time to meet them and look over the project. Talk about what they are looking for in their project. Then go over what we are going to do for them go over services and price. We do this so everyone is on the same page with a Proposal sign for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification of pest control BMP state certification for fertilizer 18 years of Design and Plant, Plams and trees knowledge. Safty OSHA CERTIFIED Customer
