I’m getting married in six months and the best decision I made was joining coach Pam on this fitness journey. I am honestly someone who hates going to the gym, but Pam has motivated me and has been there every step of the way, and I have not felt this good in a long time. I’m already getting compliments from my friends and family and I feel so much better about my body! She’s also very friendly and she makes you look forward to your training sessions :)
