Ariel our salesperson was very nice and professional. They scheduled the job and then called to reschedule for a week later. The workers did a great job on the roof, but not on the cleaning up after. There were nails left all around. I had to sweep all around the driveway and husband went around the yard with magnetic wand to make sure there were no more nails. We are still waiting for final inspection and paperwork, but they were quick to send final invoice to us already. I’m happy with our new roof, they did do nice work, but I feel that they could have done better in communicating with us. The only time they would call us, would be when I called our salesman. I guess going with a company based on price is not always a good thing. Checking reviews sometimes doesn’t work either, because I did read them and everyone said they were awesome. They even said owner comes to job site, I never saw them.

Request roof repair - they say they will bid the repair but send you a re-roof bid which you dont need and then go silent. If you need a repair, call someone else, I guess?
