- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is the best that we can provide at that time. Our material and fixed costs are what they are. If we get any savings from our suppliers, we pass that along to our customers. We don’t have ballooning corporate overhead to inflate our prices and what you see and what you hear from us is exactly what you get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
01 SCHEDULING During the consultation scheduling call, your customer service representative will be able to guide you on various solutions to meet your goals and garage size. 02 FREE CONSULTATION One of our garage specialists will arrive to inspect your garage and provide a free consultation & design right there on the spot. 03 REVIEW 3D DESIGN You can review your design in our innovative 3D software so you can see your garage cabinet, slat wall, or epoxy floor come to life. 04 INSTALLATION Once confirmed, our professional installation team can come and install your brand new custom design garage within two days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From navigating the hostile and extreme environment of a combat zone in Afghanistan with my teams of Marines to advising top business leaders with some of their most pressing challenges, my entire career before I started The Premier Garage Experience has been based on not only learning how to survive in new and high stakes environments but also thrive in those environments through rapid acclimation and extreme focus on impact potential. I have been fortunate to obtain top formal education, earn industry-leading certifications, and work for some of the world’s highest-performing organizations.
