- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price per room if it's empty or not. I will lift up to 35lbs so please provide furniture sliders to leave under pieces if the furniture has a wide base that you would like cleaned underneath. There is no fee for waste water removal. I do not collect sales tax. I do not charge you a fee to clean my own equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to sit down with you and inquire about your concerns. Me being a family man with little ones I am very concerned about who I let in my home. I am genuine, respectful, and not pushy. I do not bait and switch. I always perform a pre inspection and dicuss of all the areas that you would like cleaned. Thank you for your time as I greatly value it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications as well as credits in training classes in Tampa, Fl. I always keep my certifications current and eager to take any new courses when they are listed. Cleaning methods are always evolving and knowledge is necessary.
