- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we do have standard pricing it varies depending on the total work to be performed at the customer location. We also provide discounts for larger areas or combining services (e.g. tile and carpet cleaning during same visit).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a defined process to ensure each customer is delighted with us and our service: 1. Determine the unique needs and requirements of each client (type of service provided, location, timeframe). 2. Present them with upfront pricing so there's no surprises (because those types of surprises aren't the fun kind!). 3. Schedule their service 4. Perform the service(s) at the scheduled time 5. Upon completion and before final payment review work with the customer to make sure their completely satisfied with the work! 6. Leave 'em with a SMILE
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Service Experts are IICRC certified which is the governing body for proper training in our field. Our firm is also certified by the Carpet & Rug Institute to ensure proper techniques and cleaning solutions are used and warranties remain intact.
