Since my event was with a retirement community, I asked Toby to tone down the clown attire. When he showed up, he was in a FULL clown outfit from head-to-toe. He was asked to do balloon twisting, which he did, however the shapes were VERY basic and I didn't think they were worth what he was paid. Not to mention, as soon as he arrived, he practically demanded his payment from me which I thought was inappropriate. I would not hire him again.
