Computer Assist, and particularly Mr John Garcia, have been one of the best service providers that we have engaged dating back to the very early days of organizing our eleven year old Company. Over the last nine years or so, we have made the decision to commit our Information Technology (IT) requirements, exclusively to Computer Assist. Under John’s leadership, and the support of his technical staff, they have provided all the hardware and cabling throughout our office. They have guided us with recommendations for software, as well special systems to protect our stored data from outside interference. As required by the growth of our business, they were vital contributors to expand our digital application systems, incrementally, to suit our needs. It takes only one telephone call to Computer Assist, if we require any special upgrade changes, or troubleshooting. The central office of Computer Assist is staffed with highly competent technical personnel, who will respond to “quickie” questions on the very first telephone call. They walk us through the problem with simplified solutions that are very easy to understand. We consider Computer Assist a vital part of our support organization.
