DNA Sliding Doors did a great job on my project. They saved me from having to replace the sliding doors and cleaned the tracks, installed new rollers and added new handles to make them act like new again. Great job.

I’m fairly upset with the window repair that was completed. More so I’m aggravated that I was given hopes after sending pictures clearly articulating the issue that the Jalousie Window System on one single section could be repaired & replaced. Now all I’m left with is two screwed shut window panes and a plastic/tape covered bottom portion. I was then told after that we would receive follow-up about whether replacement parts could be found the following Monday/Tuesday but instead I had to call them not once but twice, and finally right as they’re closing I get a call that “Unfortunately we do not have those style windows and we cannot help you.” This is not acceptable, and I feel that the $500 I paid to have windows screwed in place and plastic with tape on it is a complete rip off. Not to mention the techs were about 30 min late even when given a 4-7pm arrival window. At least the techs were nice but everything else was awful
