Matthew went out of his way to help me. We had to go get another fan and gave me his advice what to get. Was on time and was prompt on responding and scheduling. It's better to hire a professional instead of me doing the wrong thing

I’m soo impressed and happy with the gentleman and the work that was done. He identified, and clearly explained, other electrical problems that we had (which we were aware of, but not to the extent or urgency that he revealed, and showed us). His work ethic, politeness, and expertise were above and beyond any I’ve seen in all the years I’ve been here. He also has an “if I see it needs repair, I’ll fix it” attitude with all types of handyman jobs, and works with you to get it done! Highly recommend!

Matt was so nice! He came for a free estimate and spent 30 minutes looking at everything to properly diagnose my problem. He was upfront, trusting, and kind. He showed up early the next day to complete the job, worked efficiently, and was very respectful and genuine. He explained everything to me step by step so I knew exactly what was wrong and step by step how’d he fix it. Very straightforward and transparent which is hard to find. Hire Matt and Electric Ninjas for all your electrical needs, you will not be disappointed!!

Matthew was direct and to the point, which I prefer. He arrived when he said he would and was extremely professional from the start. Although the issue wasn’t what I anticipated, Matthew took the time to troubleshoot until he discovered the root cause, which is unfortunately outside of his expertise. 10/10 Will hire again.
