- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing not everything is set in stone. When we are putting together your event it is custom to you. What you want. How you would like to to look. A particular linen may rent for one price & a different fabric or print will rent for more. We do try to bundle the pricing to make it more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to schedule a quick chat to go over details. Get your ideas so we can work on a storyboard describing your event. This is custom just for you. Your ideas, your color scheme. From there we work together to make your event beautiful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the owner of Always Special Events & have be in the business since 1993. I have attended the Institute of Wedding & Event Design- Accredited Event Designer. Also a Certified Wedding Planner- The Bridal Society.
