- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give seniors and veterans a 15% discount. I will give a 10% discount if you sign a contract within 3 days of our visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try and thoroughly explain each step in the process, i try to estimate the job time and allow the home owner to ask any questions they have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Waterproofing Van Wezel, House of the Sun, Lido Towers. I also have many years experience with interior and exterior painting in large or small communities.
