We reached out to Chef Ashley for a private cooking and dining experience for my wife’s parents (my in-laws) for their 60th Wedding Anniversary, at their home, and the evening and food was truly magical. Chef Ashley is an UNBELIEVEABLE Chef, she was very friendly and interactive, and her timing of plating the items was done with precision. The food preparation, presentation, and taste of our 5-course meal was nothing short of exceptional!! You will find Chef Ashley to be very responsive, helpful, and engaging throughout the entire culinary planning and cooking process. If you want an amazing 5 + Star, at home, private dining experience with an incredible Chef…you need to contact Chef Ashley- we are already booking her again for a future dining engagement this year!!

It was my daughter’s bachelorette party and they just took it up a notch. I highly recommend working with Chef. She and Christine made it an awesome experience for everyone. She prepared filets perfectly with cold water lobster tails and Charcuterie Platter was not only a beautiful presentation but so very enjoyed by all. I hired Chef Summer for a 10-person bachelorette party lunch. Chef Summer rocked it!! She helped curate a dynamic Mexican meal for our Fiesta in Siesta-themed weekend. She and her talented cohort came prepared with a full buffet of food, which was setup quickly and presented beautifully. Even better? The food was delicious and we had leftovers for days! She even made us several rounds of margaritas, so it’s safe to say we enjoyed ourselves. They were fast, efficient and totally professional. Chef Freda is awesome. This was the second time I’ve hired her for a private event. She continued to impress! She is very responsive, on time, and professional. The menu she developed with me was excellent, and the food she prepared was totally outstanding. Chef Freda’s table settings were great. After the meal she cleaned up every in the kitchen spotlessly. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars. Chef Anthony exceeded our expectations with food quality, presentation, and value. Our guests raved about the flavors of the food and felt the level of service and detail was better than many high priced restaurants. From the initial planning stage, Chef Anthony was engaged, offering suggestions. He was accommodating to our dietary needs and price point. We plan to have him again for a private party. You will not be sorry if you hire him!

Due to covid, we had to downsize our wedding and decided to hire a private chef instead of a catering company. For such an important event, we did our research and wanted to make sure the food was something to remember. We are SO glad we went with Chef Christophe!! He worked with us to provide two entree options for our guests and was happy to tweak anything we asked. He even worked with us to accommodate dietary restrictions. The meals were good-sized portions where we were full, but not too stuffed to dance, and everyone was raving about how delicious it was. He brought a server to help, and she was fantastic as well - she brought out our meals, made sure our glasses were full, and helped us cut the cake. Everything about our night was perfect, and we owe a lot of it to Chef Christophe :)
