I had a great experience working with Robert. He was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and very professional throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated that he covered his shoes while working inside—such a thoughtful touch. He mounted our TV efficiently and did an excellent job. Despite dealing with what I’m sure was frustrating traffic on the way to us, he arrived in good spirits and never complained. Overall, he was pleasant, efficient, and highly professional. I would absolutely recommend him and would gladly hire him again.
