Jay installed a faucet for me in the laundry room. My laundry had a pre prep plumbing. While he was connecting the plumbing he f needed extra parts which he went out and bought them. The project ended up spending more time than that was estimated. They cleaned after installing it and told to call him back if there were any issues. I will use jay for my future projects as well.

Recommend a better product. Went out of his way to come late in the evening to help me install a new lock on my door. Was very helpful and even adjusted my front screen door and titened my bottom lock. Went over and about to help me.
I will be calling on him again in the future.
Thank you!

Jay went above and beyond when he showed up to do the job. He noticed things that I hadn’t noticed and quickly and efficiently got the place rental ready again. I got his personal number and plan to hire him for anything else that may come up.

Jay was late to arrive (scheduled for 11am and showed up around 12:30pm). He had his Fiancé' waiting in the driveway for him and was probably in a rush to get back to her, as he did not take his time on this minor project. I offered him my assistance if he needed help securing the unit above the stove. He never reached out for help and ended up not even securing the unit in place correctly. It was left with at least 1 1/2" space on the left side & 1/2" on the right side between the unit and the upper cabinet. The unit requires 2 bolts to secure it safely and flush to the upper cabinet. Only the right bolt was "partially" threaded into the unit and the left bolt just sat on top of the unit (not even threaded at all). He left the job incomplete and unsafe where the unit was basically hanging from only a few threads of the right bolt. One hard slam of the microwave door could have resulted in it falling onto the glass top stove below. A minor note: He didn't even properly thread the cord excess to lay on top of the cabinet; the cord was jammed in the back of the unit, which did not allow for it to properly fit into the space. I reached out to him immediately after he left my home and did not get a response back until almost 5 hours later with the excuse that "his phone died." In the interim, I had to pay again for someone else (a licensed contractor) to come out and properly re-install the microwave, as this became a safety hazard. I reached out several times to Jay for resolution, to no avail. He refuses to take responsibility and has no business presenting himself as a contractor with this type poor of work ethic. He should realize his limitations, and this is certainly one of them.
