David is a detailed, caring, hard working inspector. He gave us a detailed inspection report within minutes of finishing up. He walked us through all of the major/minor problems with the home. Highly suggest using him for your home inspection.

David Miller did an outstanding job, he found things in the inspection that I would have missed. The inspection was for my 1 year warranty. The warranty representative never questioned any of the discrepancies that were found in the report, because it was all in pictures! A job well done Dave! Repairs are underway already! If I knew how to add pictures I would have!
