Pagoda Residential provided excellent service in a timely manner. They were able to provide a next day home inspection. When I needed a wind mitigation report for my homeowners insurance, they were able to take care of it quickly and not delay my closing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for a full home inspection is $250, and $75 for wind mitigation or 4 point insurance inspections. We are always willing to discuss pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted we will work with the client to schedule the inspection as soon as possible with convenience for the client in mind. From there, the client will receive details on the scope of the inspection, a contract, and helpful documents to begin guiding them through the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of experience working around the country for developers and real estate companies. My experience has been focused on making sure homeowners, buyers, sellers, and brokers have what they need to enjoy the real estate they have at whatever point in the transaction they may be. Service has always been at the core of the work that I do.
