We have located money, stock certificates, insurance policies, and important documents that many clients would have never been able to locate on their own. And because we are full service organizer, we are able to clean up the area, create manageable systems and provide the follow through after the fact to recover the money or the records needed.

Beverly was very professional in her presentation and was quick to get back to me. At her first cleaning however, there were many areas that she missed, altho she was at the house for many hours. The areas she cleaned were well done, but the ones she didn't were left incomplete.

I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied. Per our agreement the animal feces in multiple rooms was to be removed prior to my arrival, it was not and it did take me a great of time to get that cleaned up. I mentioned to you son that it appeared that you have one cat that is not feeling well. I did not pick up the laundry you have all over the laundry room but did fold and put it together as you had mentioned that you would have that picked up as well. All 11 rooms were cleaned, swept, vacuumed,walls wiped down, furniture polished and dusted including the laundry/ cat area. I did not clean the cabinets inside or the stove/fridge as you mentioned it would be another time. Due to the delay on the unexpected cleaning i discovered, i did not do the windows or mirrors but did leave you a note that I would be more than happy to get that for you on the next visit. There were 11 rooms cleaned and the only one I only swept was the one with the all the children s Legos, again as your primary concern was the dust that is what I took the time to be sure to handle. Your families health was my primary focus. I will be happy to discuss, as I would prefer to have you as a happy customer, not one that feels I did not preform per agreement. How can we resolve this?
