The price may vary depending on the size of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, level of cleaning required, and additional services requested (such as inside fridge, inside oven, inside cabinets, or post-construction cleaning). We offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), and we do not charge hidden fees—everything is disclosed before the cleaning. If there are any extra needs on the day of service, we always confirm with you before adding any costs. Our goal is to offer the best value for money with a complete, detailed cleaning done with excellence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new client, we follow a simple, transparent, and professional process to ensure that everything turns out exactly as they expect: 1. **📞 Understanding the need** First, we ask a few quick questions to understand the type of service you need, the size of the property, its current condition, and any special requests (such as inside fridge, inside oven, deep cleaning, etc.). 2. **💲 Sending a personalized estimate** Based on the information provided, we prepare a clear and detailed estimate, showing the price, services included, and any additional costs. This way, you know exactly what you are paying for. 3. **📅 Easy scheduling** Once the estimate is approved, we find a day and time that works for you. We confirm everything by message—address, time, access, and any important details. 4. **🧼 Service delivery** On the day of cleaning, we arrive at the agreed time and perform the service with total care, attention to the smallest details, and a focus on customer satisfaction. 5. **✔️ Final check** After we finish, we do a check with the customer (or send photos if they are not present) to ensure that everything is as expected. 6. **🤝 Feedback and continuity** We ask if there is anything they would like to adjust and offer regular cleaning options if they want to keep their home spotless at all times.
